Chapter 04 · Dec 2025 - Present

Trust, productised.

Product Manager · NeoSOFT Technologies · Mumbai

The current chapter

At NeoSOFT I work on BFSI product engagements - which means the operator depth from Kotak and the platform scale from NPCI now get applied one product at a time.

Ninety days to a reconciliation pilot

The headline engagement so far: sole product owner of a money-in build for a greenfield digital general insurer preparing to launch. Banking integration, in-house receipting, and 2-way / 3-way reconciliation - designed so that premiums reconcile before policy issuance rather than being chased after the fact. I selected the banking partner and the primary payment gateway, owned partner specifications and integration sequencing, and the tool shipped into pilot ahead of the client's formal market launch. The design decisions are in the case study.

Also in progress

Internal product work, including a lead-generation automation pipeline that the sales team now consumes daily. And on my own time, I build prototypes to think through product problems - the most recent is RPOS, an agent-assisted PM workspace.

The thread through all four chapters

Maps taught me to ship. Operations taught me where money breaks. The national platform taught me what scale really asks of a product decision. This chapter is about putting all three into products that earn trust - the kind a regulator, an operator, and a customer can each verify.
